Nitto Avecia Pharma Services will provide a comprehensive array of analytical/microbiological testing, development, and small volume parenteral (SVP) manufacturing services. All are staffed by experienced teams with a shared commitment to customer success.

Broad analytical capabilities

Our analytical team has 30,000 square feet of lab space equipped with a wide range of test and development facilities to support BSL1 and 2 and cold chain products. Lab capabilities include:

Analytical (compendial and routine testing)
Structural chemistry
Microbiology
Biopharma
Cell therapy
Gene therapy
Stability test/storage analysis
Controlled substance (schedules I-IV) testing

GMP-compliant manufacturing

Our 20,000-square-foot manufacturing facility includes 10,000 square feet of controlled, classified cleanrooms. Our team can perform a wide range of services, including:

Formulation development
Compounding
Aseptic filling, lyophilization, and terminal sterilization services
Ability to accommodate a wide range of vial sizes and types
Full validation support for specific sterility assurance requirements
Technical resources to support difficult to fill products

We are licensed for Pharmaceutical Drug and Device Manufacturing by the California Food and Drug Branch for contract manufacturing and formulation of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical products.
