Drug development programs are multi-faceted and your organization may find that a hybrid resource model fits your needs best. With a hybrid model, resources are allocated to meet specific deliverables and FTEs are applied to development work that may have an evolving scope. We can find a resource model that fits your needs at all stages of drug development.
You will receive regular progress reports with experimental data, so you have the opportunity to help guide the work and plan next steps. A project manager is assigned to all projects, including FTE projects and hybrid resource models, to ensure that your team receives seamless communication.
